The Compressor plug-in in Studio One is a full-featured, RMS-based, mono/stereo compression processor with internal and external sidechain. Use this effect to reduce the dynamic range (signal peaks) of any signal. Variable controls include Ratio, Threshold, Attack, Release, Input, and Make-up Gain. Compressor also includes a built-in, two-band sidechain for frequency-dependent compression.
